Email Scams

Good Afternoon St. John’s Beloved,

It appears the email scammers are back at it. If you received a weird email that doesn’t sound like me, chances are it’s not from me! Please report it immediately.

I’m sure you are getting tired of receiving these emails and I’m tired of responding to them, so I’d like to use these scammers to our benefit, here’s what I suggest: when you receive a scammer email in my name I want you to delete it, but then immediately email someone you’ve been thinking about a little note of appreciation or thanks. Let’s take advantage of these emails, but emailing one another little notes of love and care.

Thanks for taking care of one another and for being a light to the city.

God’s peace,
Amanda+

I read your announcement right after the email about cancer patients and gift cards. I was wondering what that was about.
