As Mary and Joseph journey closer to Bethlehem, preparations are underway at St. John’s to welcome the newborn King. Please join us!
St. John’s will be accessible to all for Christmas Eve services. While we will not have an occupancy permit for the atrium, we will be provided safe passage to the sanctuary. The atrium will be roofed and protected. The Chestnut St. ramp will be usable. Handrails and lighting will be installed. For the first time since June we will all be able to worship God together in our sanctuary.
A reminder that there will only be one morning service (Holy Eucharist, Rite I) for Advent 4 – Sunday, December 24, Christmas Eve.
Later that afternoon and evening, Christmas Eve services will take place as noted below. A family lasagna dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m.
