June 7 was a festive day at St. John’s Episcopal Church as the school year wrapped up with Teacher Appreciation Sunday, recognizing our dedicated Sunday School, Journey to Adulthood, and Nursery leaders, teachers and volunteers. Rite 13 even created t-shirts celebrating St. John’s mission: Grow in God, Act in Service, Witness in Love. After church, a spirited group gathered at Lancaster County Central Park for our annual parish picnic.
