Do you have some time to give on Saturday, Feb. 27? ALERT (All Lancaster Episcopal Response Team) is returning to the Lancaster County Council of Churches Community Food and Resource Distribution Hub, 812 N. Queen St., Lancaster, for a work day. We’ll be there from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Come when you can and stay as long as you can.
Work planned: Painting, clean up, shelving assembly, spouting installation, food bag assembly
Bring (if you have): Empty egg cartons, paint brushes, caulking gun, roller frames, hand tools, clothes that will get dirty, gloves
Bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages will be provided. Free parking is available next to the building.
