Dear St. John’s family,
Dr. Jerry Luck, a long-time member of St. John’s who recently retired and relocated to Harrisburg with his wife Kathy, suffered a traumatic head injury in a bicycle accident. He is in a coma at Hershey Medical Center and is not expected to live. Please keep Jerry, Kathy and their children Megan and Carter in your prayers through this difficult and tragic time.
In Christ,
John+

May 16, 2015 at 5:45 pmDr Luck will be missed. He dedicated his life to helping others. He helped my father, my mother and even me, by being a constant calm in the middle of stormy times, by not only practicing exceptional medicine, but having master the art of medicine. His honest, caring, and often very wise remarks, were exactly what was needed most, by not only patients, but their families. Our family had the upmost respect and admiration for Dr Luck. I’m grateful for being given the chance to know him. I’m grateful for the many hours his family gave to others , while he help those in need. He will be deeply missed. Our deepest sympathy and prayers go to all his family, medical partners, and students, lucky enough to have had him touch their lives as well.
