Harvest Hootenanny, Sunday, Oct. 6

Celebrate the bounty that is our St. John’s community at the Harvest Hootenanny – an event for all ages – Oct. 6 at noon in the Parish Hall. “Hootenanny” is a Scottish word meaning celebration, usually with a musical component. We’ll be sharing the music of mission, ministry and friendship through storytelling in many forms. Bring a food item for a common table and plan to have fun as you learn things about your St. John’s friends, old and new, that you may not have known before. Hosted by the Stewardship Committee, this event is one of several opportunities to Share our Stories and discover, or rediscover, why this community is so special.
