Dear St. John’s family,
On Monday, April 10th, St. John’s lost one of our dearest members, Lois “Loie” Breitegan, age 89. Vital to the end, Loie had been admitted to the hospital a week earlier due to loss of appetite and fatigue. Her children, who visited her daily, are in shock, and I ask that you remember them in your prayers.
We will celebrate Loie’s life and ministry in a memorial Eucharist on Tuesday, April 18th at 1:00 PM. Loie will be interred with her late husband, Jim, who departed this life in October 2016, in a shared committal at Indiantown Gap at a later date.
May we remember with great thanksgiving Lois K. Breitegan. Rest eternal grant to her; and my light perpetual shine upon her.
John+

April 15, 2017 at 2:00 pmMy sympathy for the family and anybody who knew Lois, my heart is broken. She was one of the most beautiful, amazing, intelligent and caring people I have ever known, and I loved her so, so much. Kindness showed from those beautiful eyes like a light from Heaven. Anyone who knew her came away a better person. She will be deeply missed.
