Appreciative Inquiry was the first step in defining what St. John’s Episcopal Church is all about. Now that we have begun to create a list of what we value as important ministries in our parish, we want to refine this list a bit more, by delving deeper into discussions about how each of these ministries currently serves our church, and what we would like to see for the future. We also want to consider what role we would like our new rector to play in these various ministries.

Here is a list of Focus Group Meetings during April. These meetings are designed to answer those questions for each ministry that they represent. The Search Committee asks you to attend at least one meeting in which you have an interest, but you are encouraged to attend as many as you are able.
