Dear St. John’s family,
I share with you the unexpected news of the sudden passing of Dale Landis from this life to the next. Dale departed us on the morning of Tuesday, March 8 peacefully in bed and of natural causes. Barbara is being supported by the presence of their son, Chad, and many neighbors and friends.
A memorial Eucharist in thanksgiving for Dale’s remarkable life will be celebrated at St. John’s on Saturday, March 19 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow in the Parish Hall. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Dale’s honor may to given to St. John’s and to the Wounded Warrior Project.
We lift up to the Lord our prayers of remembrance for Dale, as we hold Barbara and her family in our hearts in their time of tragic loss.
