Our Parish Garden is producing abundantly, both veggies and weeds! In addition to next week’s major Harvest Day (which precedes the Community Breakfast offering), we’ve scheduled an interim harvest and weeding session for this Saturday, July 11, to gather fresh food for our Food Pantry visitors. We’ll start at 6:30, to take advantage of the cooler evening air, and finish before dark.
The Brown/Cuthbert family has largely been responsible for the upkeep of this garden in between major harvest dates, but we don’t want them to have all the fun!
