All are invited to a special concert celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Sunday, Jan. 18 at 3 p.m. at St. John’s. The concert will be presented by the talented J.P. McCaskey High School Gospel Choir under the direction of Mrs. Colette Stephens. The choir will perform music of a wide variety of styles and composers. A free-will offering will be collected, and a reception will follow in the Parish Hall.
The concert is part of an annual celebration of Dr. King at St. John’s. A one-day camp for children in grades 3-5 will be offered Monday, Jan. 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For information on volunteering or child participation, please contact the church office at 717-299-1188.
