We spoke briefly in person and by phone these past several months. I would like to thank you again for your outreach and giving each of us a chance to pick each other’s brain. I’d say it was a fair swap! I admire all clergy who are willing to arise on Sunday and proclaim victory for all believers and “especially to this congregation here present” and thereby reassuring us that hope exists through Our Savior. It is a bleak world at times and I find great comfort through worship. I mentioned before that I was raised this way and that it would be rather foolish of me to deny my upbringing. So thankyou for your time with St. John’s. I am sorry to have missed your last two weeks there but please know that I appreciate your ministry. I wish you and your family all the best in days to come. Your pal, Steve Sherman.
