Presiding Bishop Michael Curry is coming to our diocese on Friday, June 10 and Saturday, June 11!
On Friday, June 10, at 7:30 p.m., all are invited to attend Sung Evening Prayer/Compline (Prelude at 7:15 p.m.) at Saint James Episcopal Church, Lancaster.
On Saturday, June 11, the Presiding Bishop will join us for a worship event that will be held at the Zembo Shrine in Harrisburg. The Zembo is located at 2801 N 3rd St #2, Harrisburg, PA 17110. Following the celebration, a boxed lunch will be provided. Everyone is welcome to attend. Creative activities for all ages will begin at 9 a.m. and the Worship celebration will begin at 10:30 a.m.. A youth event is being planned for the afternoon. The diocese is working on coach buses to provide transportation from different convocations throughout the diocese.
