Work morning at AIDS Memorial Garden this Saturday

Can you spare some time on Saturday morning, May 6 from 9 a.m. to noon? Your help is needed to prepare flower beds and plant annuals at the Betty Finney AIDS Memorial Garden, West Lemon and Water streets, Lancaster (adjacent to Ponessa Services).

Join the All Lancaster Episcopal Response Team (ALERT) to beautify this city green space which honors a beloved St. John’s parishioner.

Bring your gardening gloves, rakes, weeding tools, pruning sheers and shovels. All participants are invited back to St. John’s at the conclusion of work for brief worship and pizza.

Hope to see you there! Questions? Please contact Dave Martin.
